For your Beans plugin to work as expected it has to be connected to the Beans Server. This helps synchronize the different rules that you have set up, the email notifications, and many other features. Sometimes the plugin seems to be connected but is not working as expected. This could happen after a WordPress or WooCommerce update, or even a Beans plugin update. To fix this issue you just have to reset the settings and reconnect your Beans plugin. Here is how to do:
For the Beans plugin page in your WordPress backend, click on
Go to Beans button like on the screenshot below. This helps ensure that you are logged in to your Beans account.
Reset settings now . just like on the screenshot bellow
3. Follow the setup instructions and reconnect your account.
