Invite customers to join your loyalty program after they complete an order.
It is common for first-time shoppers to forget to join your loyalty program before placing their first order. This usually happens when the customer checkout as a guest without creating a store account. Beans makes it possible to send a notification email to customers post-purchase in order to invite them to join your rewards program. Customers will receive points for their latest purchase if they accept to join your rewards program.
The email invites customers to create a store account. Once done, they will be added to your rewards program just like a regular member and receive the welcome bonus points, if any. In addition, they will earn points for the order they placed before joining your rewards program.
