# Setting up permalinks

In some cases, you might experience a bit of difficulty connecting our plugin to your store and this issue can be caused by :

**Your permalinks configuration**\

When you have an issue displaying a 404 status, it means the application is unable to find these URLs in your shop.&#x20;

**To settle this issue:**

1. Connect to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Navigate to Permalinks under the settings menu.
3. Under the common Settings section check Post name
4. Scroll down and click on the Save button.
